The intersection I work at
Most people who can brief a CISO can't write the prototype. Most people who can ship the prototype can't navigate enterprise reality. I do both. For two years at Microsoft's Sydney Innovation Hub I've advised enterprises and governments through real LLM deployments — discovery, evaluation, prototype, production.
In parallel I founded Agenticality, an AI-native venture studio where I personally own prompt engineering, agent orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, and full-stack deployment across three live products. The studio is the proof: I don't just advise on AI — I build and ship it.

I practice forward-deployed engineering inside enterprises across healthcare, financial services, insurance, and government. My process is discovery → evaluation → prototype → production, so systems survive contact with real users on day 30, not day 1.
At Microsoft's Sydney Innovation Hub I shaped the technical framework for the Australian Public Service's generative-AI trials. Before Agenticality, I led applied AI engagements across APAC, shipping retrieval systems on regulated data, agentic workflows, and evaluation harnesses that make 'is this working?' answerable.

Technical advisor to enterprises and governments adopting LLMs. Design evaluation frameworks, build prototypes, lead engineering workshops. Architected the technical framework for the Australian Public Service's generative AI trials.

Sole ANZ technical owner; scaled the pillar to multi-million ARR in 12 months. Built workflow automation with ML/NLP for defence and financial services.

Among the earliest production LLM-to-CRM deployments in ANZ (GPT-3, 2021). Sales Titanium Award 2022 — most impactful deal in ANZ.
